Inpatient Clinical Program Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Contribute to the planning and implementation of program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment. Implement the approved program plan objectives, timetables, expected outcome and measures for assigned areas of responsibility Responsible for staff recruitment, performance management, performance evaluation, and scheduling Organize, manage and coordinate all operational and administrative processes relative to area of responsibility Support, teach and act as a program resource for other staff members. Monitor staff schedules to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are available to facilitate care in a timely manner.

REQUIRED:

Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field 4 or more years' experience working with Substance Use Disorder population 1 or more years' supervisory experience Professional clinical license required (LCAS, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) LCAS is preferred. Valid driver's license. CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).

PREFERRED:

LCAS license Certified Clinical Supervisor certification
