Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services and functioning as a member of the Pharmacy leadership team, the Pharmacy Site Manager is responsible for providing operational and clinical practice oversight of the site-specific inpatient pharmacy to ensure compliance with the Ontario College of Pharmacists standards, to maintain College accreditation status. Participation in and leading organizational medication system transformation projects is key, as is collaboration with the various stakeholders within the medication system. Areas of accountability include operations management related to staffing and service delivery, human resource management, financial management, quality assurance, leadership and maintenance of professional practice.

6. A hospital residency is preferred
