Insect Cell-Based Assay Development Co-op 

     

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role are to: 

Identify and compare different transfection methods for insect cells;Optimize and standardize transfection methods;Verify the protocols by various cell biology stains and quantitative analysis;Self-motivated to communicate and seek solutions for any challenges;Present the progress and results with the team;Document protocols in detail for all workflows and ensure knowledge transfer to CSI team members;Comply with all safety, stewardship, andIT/information security policies and regulations.

 

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

 

Required Qualifications:

Must be registered and currently enrolled in a graduate program – PhD or MS - Pursuing a degree in related areas;Prior experience with insect and/or cell-based assays;Strong written and verbal communication skills.  YOUR APPLICATION
