Inside Channel Development Representative with Polish (limited contract)

Inside Channel Development Representative is responsible for enabling and supporting non-managed partners. This role is responsible for providing reactive assistance to all non-managed partners who contact Veeam.

Responsibilities:

Providing support for our partners (e.g. licensing support and product-related questions for Veeam products)  Managing the pipeline flow from these partners by registering Deals within our 48-hour SLA Enrolling and activating new partners who request to join the Veeam Propartner Network Aligning with other team members, such as Distribution Managers (field or Inside), to efficiently and optimally manage partner inquiries Developing strong working knowledge of Veeam software products and the benefits they offer to potential and existing partners Driving adoption of the ProPartner Portal and Partner University Leveraging long-term partnership through ad-hoc activities (e.g. reactivation campaigns on call-out days)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Fluent Polish & English (reading/writing/speaking) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone) A passion for and a willingness to learn about our products and services
