Inside Counter Sales/Service Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\tProvide excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle and perform any additional follow up.\n\tListen carefully to customer descriptions and assess the vehicle to determine the best repair plan.\n\tAdvise the customer on the recommended auto repairs and offer a pricing quote.\n\tCommunicate with parts’ sellers and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand.\n\tProvide updates to customers as their work is completed.\n\tAnswer detailed questions about services performed and price information.\n\tMaintain customer records by keeping all files organized.\n\tSchedule appointments over the phone.\n\n

\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n\n\n\tHigh School Degree or GED\n\n
\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n\n\tAbility to work in a fast paced, demanding environment. \n\tValid driver’s license.\n\tMust be able to work independently and also in a team environment doing other job duties as assigned.\n\n
