Opportunity for an Inside Key Account Manager to join the Sales team. Partnering with assigned Key Account Managers and Account Managers, the Inside Key Account Manager executes sales strategy, initiates contact with existing and potential named accounts, identifies needs and sells solutions to meet those needs, and coordinates closely with factory personnel and Product teams to make sure we achieve specific customer performance metrics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track and closely monitor customer performance metrics as they relate to customer scorecards. Coordinate with team at production site to make sure we are appropriately prioritizing these accounts in these key areas and ensure that our scorecards accurately reflect our performance. Track prototype orders closely to make sure we are progressing towards meeting customer request dates.Update and consolidate customer forecasts and communicate as appropriate with factory.Coordinate VAVE projects and new project activities with internal team, customer participants, and Key Account Manager.Provide exceptional service to existing accounts (deviated pricing requests, new product applications, etc.)Coordinate with quality team to manage supplier change requests, change management requests, warranty returns/claims –making sure that we respond quickly and provide appropriate resolution to these items as they arise.COMPETENCIES:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field 3+ years of experience in customer service roles. Preferably building strong relationships with large strategic accounts. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and preference for other data automation tools such as PowerBI and Salesforce.Prior manufacturing experience preferred.**Must be willing and able to travel by all forms of transportation. Job requires up to 10% domestic travel.
