The Inside Parts Sales will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them find the right automotive parts and solutions for their needs. Your expertise and excellent customer service skills will drive sales, build customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction. This role combines technical automotive knowledge with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Starting Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Part-time and Full-time options

Essential Functions and Duties:

Assist customers in person, over the phone, or online, identifying their automotive needs and recommending appropriate parts and solutions Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring resolution or escalation as needed Assist with stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate product displays Use parts lookup systems to identify correct parts based on customer needs or specifications Work with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent service

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing all day Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
