The Hiller Companies, a national leader in the fire protection and security industry, is hiring for Inside Sales.

Inside Sales provides support to the service department. Responsibilities include generating proposals, processing reports, communication with our customer base, coordinating with the field and office staff, and other administrative duties as assigned. Specific work duties include:

Take incoming calls from customers and quoting them on fire protection products and services Building relationships with customers and staying in touch with them to ensure that we are getting opportunities to quote on their fire protection needs Assisting the Service Manager with various administrative tasks as assigned Quoting repairs for deficiencies produced from inspections on House Accounts Reviewing daily inspection reports for House Account deficiencies Daily review of monitoring reports for service call opportunities Ensure material is ordered, ready, and organized for upcoming jobs

House Account Sales

Updating existing customers with new service agreements using updated pricing Provide pricing for house account Support long term business relationships with our customers to help promote sales growth and gain acceptance.

Scheduling

Scheduling Repair jobs Scheduling various Inspection jobs Job Preparation Verify integrity of valves prior to arrival for water based repair Verify correct materials are ordered for jobs Ensure materials are on hand for repair Transportation of materials at times Customer Correspondence Job schedules Repair results Inspection results
