The Inside Sales BRA for Leica Biosystems is responsible for managing and qualifying leads, executing sales initiatives, actively prospecting for new business opportunities, analyzing consumable tender opportunities, providing sales support, and fostering collaboration across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. This entails handling and qualifying leads received through the website and chat bot, quoting consumables across all regions, proactively reaching out to laboratories and research institutions, analyzing consumable tender opportunities for participation in bidding processes, managing demands and activities within SalesForce, and collaborating with Sales, Applications, and Sales Support teams. This position is part of the Sales Support located in Barra Funda and will be hybrid. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives. You will be reporting to the Sales Support Manager.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Lead Management and Qualification - Service and qualification of leads received through the website and LIA (our WhatsApp robot).
+ Sales Execution - Responsible for selling consumables to all regions in accordance to maximum quotes.
+ Active Prospecting - Active prospecting in laboratories and research institutions that can purchase consumables.
+ Bid Analysis and Participation - Analysis of bids for consumables for participation in auctions.
+ Provide best customer experience by understanding and providing portfolio solutions.
+ Mapp opportunities for BRA region up-to role responsibilities. Partnership with multiple company departments (Sales, Applications, Sales Support, and others) in order to provide best sales experience.
+ Eventually support Sales team and Sales Support team;
The essential requirements of the job include:
Education:
+ Health area bachelor
Language:
+ Minimum intermediate English and Fluent in Portuguese
Experience:
+ Strong Experience in inside sales for consumables or correlates.
+ SalesForce experience for quotation and leads maturity treatment in the systems
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Diagnostic industry and/or distributors
