Essential Responsibilities

Help current customers inside our current stores.Prepare quotes and invoices for all walk-in and call-in customers.Hear their needs and always try to push to increase their ticket size.Document customer feedback to the right departments.Always treat customers well and invite them to come back .Personal knowledge improvement. Advance your own professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other educational training, participating in professional societies and industry networks, and reading professional and industry publications.Reports. All daily operations need to be uploaded in real time to our CRM to maintain a log and to generate reports on the activities in order to create data that can be used to improve the department in the future.Coordinating with IT department to ensure all sales computers and equipment is running up to speed.Support and give feedback to product development.Respect everyone in and out of the office.Keep a good image and good ethics in and out of the office.Support and spread a good company culture.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
