Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Candidate with previous Inside Sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.  As an inside sales representative, you’ll play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts, engaging with prospects and clients to provide outstanding support and solutions. From mastering our service offerings to implementing effective sales strategies, you’ll be at the forefront of our business development activities, helping us reach new heights.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software Positive attitude and a team player
