The Opportunity:
Under limited supervision, responsible for selling company’s product and/or services via telephone. Makes outbound calls to existing and potential customers. May be quota carrying or assigned to support the day-to-day sales need of an existing customer. Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers. Utilize designated resources to contact customers and gauge their interest in obtaining products or services offered by Avantor. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining customer relationships remotely. This position focuses on delivering exceptional digital experiences, managing sales inquiries, closing deals, and fostering long-term partnerships with customers through digital platforms like phone, email, or MS Teams calls. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a consultative sales approach, adept at leveraging Avantor's resources to meet and exceed sales goals.

CERTIFICATIONS
BA/BSc or equivalent in Science, Business, or proven understanding of the laboratory environment.French and English C1 level written and verbal.EXPERIENCE
2+ years in a complex, solution-based sales environment with a verifiable record of achieving growth through consultative selling.Proven success in managing B2B relationships and delivering consistent value to customers.Experience in utilizing CRM systems, digital platforms, and cross-functional resources effectively.THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY
Fluent in English and French (written and verbal). Additional languages are advantageous.Proficient in using MS Office and CRM systems.Strong knowledge of company products, services, and solutions.Understanding of buyer/seller behavior in the market.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
