Join our legendary team in Coppell, TX.  With our strong AAA products and legendary service, you'll enjoy the benefits of receiving member and sales leads to meet monthly goals.  We provide paid training and assist you in obtaining the  Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license for multiple states (AL, AR, IL, LA, KS, MO & MS).  AAA offers an encouraging work environment, mentorship program and rewards & recognition that includes international travel for qualifying producers.  

Responsibilities include:

Qualifying and quoting prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products.

Following up with members and insureds and prospecting for new business.

Multi – tasking and identifying cross –selling opportunities

Working some evenings, weekends and holidays

Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

Qualifications:

Goal oriented, self-motivated and excited to take initiative and ready to learn

Ability to multitask, cross sell and accurately quote insurance rates

2 years sales experience highly preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma required

Strong communication skills and customer focused

Organized and detailed

Successful completion of AAA pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings
