**Overview** **_Secure a sales career within the fence / building products industry!_** **Master Halco** , North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking an **Inside Sales Associate.** The Inside Sales Associates work on the phone and at our branch's counter desk to service contractors, distributors, and retailers purchasing fence products. Inside Sales Associate daily expectations include: + Discovery conversations with existing customers and prospect customers to identify products and services that Master Halco can provide to grow their business. + Calling the current customers, by phone, to generate orders for delivery on scheduled delivery routes and to inform customers of specials and sales promotions. + Work as a team with other sales and operations people to hit sales goals and earn bonuses and spiffs. + Excellence with phone sales, computer entry, and customer-facing engagement Desired sales experience or applicable product knowledge: + Building materials: metals, woods, plastics, hardware + Do-It-Yourself retail + Construction + Mechanical/Electrical This position has played an important role in advancing Master Halco toward attaining $1Billion valuation in 2022.
