**Job Title:** Inside Sales/Broker Representative

**Position Overview:**
The Inside Sales/Broker Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales in our disposal and recycling services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a customer-first mentality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Sales Growth:** Prospect and generate new sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
+ **Account Management:** Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention by addressing any concerns or service-related issues.
+ **Brokerage Responsibilities:** Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to facilitate solutions and ensure the best possible pricing and service offerings for clients.
+ **Client Engagement:** Establish rapport with clients to understand their waste and recycling needs, provide tailored service options, and close sales.
+ **Market Knowledge:** Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings in the waste disposal market.
+ **Negotiation & Pricing:** Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining company profitability.
+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
+ **Sales Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
+ **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, providing top-tier support and service.
**Qualifications:**
+ 2+ year of inside sales, account management, or broker experience, preferably in the waste management, recycling, or related industry.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
+ Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
+ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a sales environment.
+ Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
+ Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Experience in the waste management or environmental services sector is a plus.
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
