JOB PURPOSE: The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for qualifying potential customer leads through a comprehensive screening process and facilitating a smooth handoff to the local team to schedule an evaluation by an Assistive Technology Professional. By providing expert guidance and exceptional service, the Inside Sales Consultant ensures a positive customer experience while driving growth and enhancing the lives of people with disabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform over-the-phone consultation appointments with potential customers. Conduct comprehensive client screenings to identify complex rehab equipment needs and educate customers on qualifications for obtaining a mobility device through insurance. Provide accurate and detailed information about product features, benefits, and options to help customers make informed decisions. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth handoff for scheduling and evaluation with an Assistive Technology Professional. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including different types of mobility products, features, and accessories. Cross sell through Numotion adjacency businesses to drive retail and med supply referrals. Maintain and update Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system with detailed and accurate records of all interactions. Stay up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to better serve customer needs. Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission. Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations. Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority. Perform above responsibilities with independent discretion and judgment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience will be considered. Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex rehab technology or related field Comprehensive understanding of complex rehab technology PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: RESNA Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a consultative sales approach Results-oriented and self-directed with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment. Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities and approaches to meet objectives. Demonstration of exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills both internally and externally with customers. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.
