Summary: We are seeking a qualified Inside Sales Consultant to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects and current customers, ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our Account Executives up for success. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to assist with our sales organization's revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. Duties: * Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities * Contact potential customers through cold calls and emails * Identify customer needs and determine if the customer needs customer care or sales * Setup meetings or calls between customers and Account Executives * Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing plans * Utilize Salesforce and sales cadence management tools to effectively engage prospects
