Volt is immediately hiring for Inside Sales Coordinator for a company in Irvine, CA.

As a Inside Sales Coordinator you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPrepare quotations and formal proposals.\r\n\tCoordinate bid submission packages.\r\n\tRespond to all RFQ’s.\r\n\tRespond to customer and business development team inquiries.\r\n\tUpdate and Distribute Competitive Price Sheet.\r\n\tAssist in the development and establishment of the Company’s quotation policy and procedures; the procedures are to be incorporated with CRM and ERP Systems.\r\n\tComplete vendor qualification/information packages.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full time opportunity. Monday through Friday, 10:30PM to 7:00AM.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t4 to 5 years of coordinating/managing marketing, customer service, or similar activities in a fast-paced environment.\r\n\tBachelors’ degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.\r\n\tExcel knowledge and experience must include ODBC interfaces, Pivot Tables, advanced database functions, and advanced text manipulation functions.\r\n\tMust be proficient with Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\r\n\tMust have excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel and Word programs.\r\n\tExperience with a technology company preferred.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $26.00 to $36.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
