Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesJoin Our Team as an Inside Sales Coordinator! Are you a motivated and proactive individual with a passion for sales and customer service? Mettler Toledo is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our field sales representatives and helping us achieve our revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound requests from accounts related to leads, opportunities, and quotes. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for low-value product quotations and post-sale inquiries. Nurture high-value leads and re-engage dormant accounts through effective phone and email communication.Assist in generating sales revenue by quoting low-value opportunities for existing customers and managing the sales pipeline. Conduct outbound calls to maintain accurate customer/prospect records in the CRM.Schedule at least 50% of sales force guidance appointments for the strategic business unit. Generate and follow up on mid-low value quotes for the division.Capture complete and accurate information in the CRM.Understand customer needs, monitor preferences, handle objections, and manage e-lead escalations and complaints..
What You Need to SucceedMotivated & Proactive Team PlayerAdministrative ExperienceProven track record of working with key performance indicators and consistently meeting targets.Extensive experience in a telephony environment, enhancing customer interactions.Customer-Centric Approach.Communication & Negotiation Skills.Proficient in data entry and capable of performing data analysis. IT ProficiencyFamiliarity with CRM and SAP systems is desirable.
