Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator Job Description We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator who will engage with current clients, process orders, and perform some accounting functions such as invoicing. The candidate will create quotes, work closely with our sales team, assist in evaluating wear/defects, and handle incoming business calls. Responsibilities + Speak with current clients to process orders and address inquiries. + Perform accounting tasks such as invoicing. + Create quotes and collaborate with the sales team. + Evaluate wear and defects in products. + Handle incoming business calls and provide customer support. + Enter quotes and orders, perform data entry, and manage project statuses. + Follow ISO standards and ensure compliance. + Interact professionally with customers, providing detailed and accurate information. Essential Skills + Experience in inside sales and customer service. + Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and other office management applications. + Strong experience in order processing and administrative support. + Ability to manage sales orders, purchase orders, and outbound calls. + Attention to detail and excellent time management skills. + Professional interaction with customers. + Listening, observing, and accurately taking information from customers. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associates degree or higher preferred. + Experience in a manufacturing or mechanical experience is a plus. + Knowledge of sales support and sales administration. Work Environment This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role is based in a cubicle setting, with frequent visits to the shop floor to assist customers. Personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses and steel toe boots will be required and provided on the first day. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
