Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers through outbound calls and emails, using Salesforce-generated opportunity lists.
- Develop rapport with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Convert sales opportunities into confirmed orders by providing accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up on pending quotes to encourage timely closure and address customer concerns or objections.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to build trust and ensure satisfaction.
- Regularly update Salesforce opportunities with accurate data, including status changes, key activities, and expected close dates.
- Support leadership in maintaining accurate sales forecasts by ensuring opportunity data integrity.
- Adhere to company guidelines, sales scripts, and compliance requirements during all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, emails, and sales conversions.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and follow-up requests.
- Take ownership of assigned territories or customer accounts to maximize revenue potential.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Prior knowledge of Aftermarket products or similar industry sectors.
- Proven ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including percentages, discounts, and commissions.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- High degree of self-motivation and resilience in handling rejection or challenging customer interactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 3 years in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Associate or Bachelor???s degree (Preferred)
