Gordian is seeking an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Team Leader to steer our dedicated team of Inside Sales Representatives towards greater heights of success with our ezIQC solution. As the strategic driver of our inside sales division, you will lead your team in expanding project opportunities, increasing revenue, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in amplifying project volume, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives in the acquisition and management of ezIQC projects, setting a high standard of excellence and a clear vision for success. Drive team performance, ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, while monitoring KPIs for project acquisition, customer interaction, and financial growth. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand customer base and solidify Gordian as the go-to solution for procurement needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and improve customer service strategies. Ensure efficient collaboration between sales reps and the Contractor Engagement and Operations teams to align customer needs with contractor capabilities and project requirements. Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions, project progress, and revenue potential within the CRM system. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for your team, enhancing their sales skills and product knowledge. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings, adapting to changing needs and maintaining Gordian’s competitive edge. Serve as a key point of contact for major customer accounts, assisting in complex negotiations or high-stakes contractor selections as needed. Report regularly to senior management on team performance, pipeline status, and sales forecasts, offering insights and recommendations for growth.Candidate Profile:
A proven leader with a track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams within a fast-paced environment. Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to create and execute sales plans that meet and exceed company goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships both within the team and with key customers. Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously without compromising on quality or deadlines. Experience establishing metrics and creating Daily Visual Management to monitor performance. Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and reporting. A motivational presence that inspires action and accountability among team members.
