Description
As an Inside Sales Engineer you will be responsible to offer support to customers, sales activities and sales engineers by preparing PRM quotations, active follow-up, technical reviews, order entries, customer communication, maintain price lists / discount structures.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Issue PRM quotations and ensure follow-up for them within the agreed Delegation of Authority (DoA)
• Enter orders on a technical basis into the business process
• Co-ordinate with Field Sales Engineer responsible and with manufacturing facilities in case of technical issues, lead-times and projects
• Support Customers by telephone, e-mail and other communication possibilities
• Advise customers and Field Sales Engineers on technical solutions and benefits
• Attend customer project reviews and product inspections (case by case)
• Negotiate sales orders with customers within agreed delegation of authority
• Travel occasionally to customers to support sales initiatives (as requested by Field Sales Engineers)
• Consult with other functions on issues like product specification and product adaptation to ensure that we provide the appropriated business and technical solution to the customer needs
• Report on proposal activity & project potential via CRM

For This Role, You Will Need: University degree in Engineering;At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment (technical support, quotations, technical sales);Experience in process automation related to Refining/ Oil&Gas/ F&B/ Chemical applications English language proficiency (written/read/spoken).Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
