COMSOL Multiphysics Pvt Ltd is looking for Inside Sales Executive who would be working closely with the sales team in India, Bengaluru office.

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive at COMSOL India you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by managing sales activities and collaborating closely with sales representatives.

Your responsibilities will include qualifying leads, engaging with prospects, and executing sales activities to drive business growth. Your effective communication skills and strategic approach will help advance leads through the sales funnel and contribute to achieving our sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential prospects through various sources, including social media, industry events, and CRM tool.

• Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce COMSOL’s products and services.

• Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM tool.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and feedback on lead generation strategies.

• Contribute to the development of sales process and scripts.

• Track and report on key performance metrics, including call activity, lead conversion rates, and overall pipeline.

• Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or any related field (BE/BTech preferred).

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or related roles.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and time management abilities.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution selling, negotiating, and closing deals.

• Comfortable making outbound calls to both existing and potential new customers.

• Proficient in active listening, probing, and engaging effectively over the phone.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team sales environment with minimal supervision.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with software licensing, policies, and generating customer quotations is preferred.

• Experience in telemarketing with a focus on outbound calling is desirable.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed and grow.
