Hourly base plus UNCAPPED commission
Position Summary:
To receive inbound telephone calls as a result of various marketing campaigns targeted to ADT’s Personal Emergency Response Service and successfully position interested customers for a system that fits their needs. Provide resolution and close sales for both new and existing customers by taking qualified prospects through critical selling path of gathering information, determining needs and setting up an order. Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc. Make outgoing follow-up telephone calls to undecided leads and outbound calls to leads that are received via the Internet through various campaigns Qualifications – ExternalEducation/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent.Experience:
1 year inside sales or equivalent sales experience preferred.Skills:
Good communication skills. Strong verbal skills. Excellent listening skills. Positive interpersonal skills. 20 wpm accurate typing. ADT specific product knowledge.Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
The pay range for this role is $13.00 an hour, plus commission, and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
