About the job
The JMP SEA team is looking for Inside Sales to develop the growth of our SEA market by selling JMP products to current and prospective customers. We have the best product to help customers solve their problems with analytics.
As an Inside Sales, you will:
Direct selling of JMP product family via receiving and making outbound callsResponsible for small & medium business accountsDevelop & maintain good business relationship with key customersTo ensure timely distribution and accurate quotations, qualify opportunity and follow-up to close dealsTo qualify & identify opportunities and follow-up on potential dealsEnhance positive customer experience & satisfaction through timely response to customers' enquiryWork closely with Account Executive to develop & identify new opportunities & maintain existing customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.More than 5 years of successful experience in sales of computer software, hardware or IT solutions (such as ERP, CRM, Data warehouse and etc)Good communication through phone and emailWilling to learn and to grow to next level of careerFull proficiency in EnglishYou’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. Knowledge of software acquisition cyclesWritten, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills and organizational skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team comprised of a Pre-sales consultant, Account ManagerAbility to sell training and serviceAbility to quickly build trust and maintain long term relationship with existing accountsAbility to build trust through phone call, email and other on-line channels
