Inside Sales/Lead Generator

Ciocca Automotive is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative/Lead Generator to our team!

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by contacting existing customers to inform them that their current vehicle is in demand and that we are interested in purchasing it. You will be responsible for making a high volume of calls daily, building rapport, and passing them to our dedicated sales team for negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to existing customers via phone calls to discuss our interest in purchasing their current vehicle. Explain our company's offerings and value proposition clearly and persuasively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and courteous communication. Identify and qualify potential leads based on customer interest and vehicle availability. Document and update customer records accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize lead generation strategies and improve processes. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Comfortable making 100+ calls per day. Negotiation skills are a plus but not a requirement Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Experience with CRM software is a plus. Knowledge of the automotive industry or vehicle purchasing is preferred but not required.
