Inside Sales Manager, Construction
What We Need: The Construction Inside Sales Manager will recruit, develop and manage a team of Inside Sales Reps who are specialized in the Construction vertical market. This individual is responsible for ensuring reps meet their KPIs and monthly sales quota while growing the named accounts in their respective territories while simultaneously generating on site opportunities for their aligned field sales partner(s). What You'll Be Doing: + Ensure reps are growing their territories by regularly following up with their assigned accounts in order to identify new projects and contacts + Identify strategies to expand book of business by capturing net new accounts within an assigned territory + Drive collaboration with the field sales team in order to capitalize on projects that require an on site presence + Manage Inside Sales dashboard (in Salesforce.com) in order to create visibility while simultaneously holding reps accountable to daily and monthly performance metrics + Provide Sales Operations with accurate data regarding spiff/incentive plan pay out + Own phone and software set up for new hires + Perform call reviews in order to coach reps on how to capture the attention of contractors, project managers and other key contacts within the construction vertical + Write and maintain up to date cadences using prospecting software while verifying consistent and uniform usage + Use quantitative data to conduct performance reviews and yearly merit process + Collaborate with direct supervisor on Inside Sales SMART goals and Incentive Plan + Collaborate with other Inside Sales Managers to identify strategies for selling across platforms + Monitor pipelines for all reps performing telesales work to ensure aggressive and ongoing follow up + Support Customer Operations with complex product knowledge inquiries #LI-EA1 What You Will Need To Be Successful: + Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university + Minimum of three years of leadership experience required + Two years of Inside Sales experience or Account Management experience + Three years of experience in the construction industry or three years of experience selling to construction companies, contractors and/or design build firms + One year of experience using Nice, Mitel, or comparable call center software such as five9, or Salesloft Sales Dialer + Two years of Salesforce.com experience (or other relevant CRM) + Strong sense of urgency, highly decisive, with ability to delegate + Ability to travel up to 15% of the year + Proven track record of achieving revenue and other targets About Us: Who we are: Gravotech has been a global leader in direct part marking and laser engraving since 1938.
