What You'll Be Doing
Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales performance for the Citrix product line.Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories, ensuring consistent growth.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue.Find and recruit new customers and partners to expand the business footprint.Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations.Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed sales targets.What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales.Strong knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS.Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitors is preferred.Demonstrated ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.Management experience is required, with a track record of leading successful sales teams.Work Arrangement

$184,500 - $225,500 OTE
