Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesKey Purpose of the Role:Maximize the effectiveness of direct field sales force by producing a high quality value add and working as a team towards agreed targetsProvide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded in an efficient, professional and timely manner Expedite lead to order conversion time and rates by increased customer touches and through providing high quality and timely solution to customer enquiriesProspecting of selected customers via tele call and emailsHandle sales of products via phone and electronic media to a defined list of dedicated target accountsKey Responsibilities:1) Sales and MarketingProvide high quality service for Incoming calls from customers and prospects related toLeads, quotes or ordersLeads registration, qualification and distributionSelected quote creation, follow-up, revision and closingNurturing of high-value leads and high-potential dormant customersIdentify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice IdeasCustomer prospecting by on demand leads generationUpdates job knowledge by studying new customer solutionsGenerating cross leads to other divisionsTo sell consumables and small quotes follow-up on selected accounts via phone and electronic media2) Technical Advisory and Solution AdvocateDemonstrate customer benefits by understanding and providing simple technical solution to customer requirements.Able to resolve basic product problems faced by the customersAdvocate key MT values across to customers3) Service Standards and Customer Relationship ManagementDeliver a top quality experience from leads to delivery stageGain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating benefits and operational improvements.Establish long term relationship with potential customer through deep engagementMaintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our SalesForce.com (CRM) system.
