Temp-to-Hire position$26.00 to $28.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Generate professional project estimates and sales of metal building systems, residential & commercial metal roofing, metal fence, garage doors and components.Enter sales orders into software systems and coordinate internal resources to provide customers with desired products and services in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.Manage post-delivery issues such as damages, shortages, delays, changes, etc.Ensure the sale of My Metal’s products and services comply with proper pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures.Serve as the customer point of contact, provide assurance, and maintain positive relationships with customers.Act as the contact between the customer and company regarding potential problems and customer desires.Analyze and report competitive market information.Provide and ensure customer-focused activities, deliverables, and services.Inside Sales Rep Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish).Construction background/knowledgeMinimum of three years experience in sales or service industry.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with detail orientation and organizational skills.Computer and business software application use required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
