What You’ll Do:

Qualify & Nurture Leads: Play a key role in qualifying customer information, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to drive growth. Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies, prepare quotations, and handle pricing while delivering exceptional customer service to both existing and potential customers in the Flavors and Extracts markets across North America. Collaboration Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational, and Service teams to ensure we deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. Drive Success: Own the sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring you nurture leads, convert them into long-term relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Sweet & Beverage Flavors market. Data & Reporting: Communicate key information to management, maintain accurate records and customer files, and ensure the smooth flow of relevant details across departments.

What you’ll bring:

A university degree in business or the sciences. Strong interpersonal communication skills, experience in B2B sales (ingredient or specialty chemical preferred), and technical acumen. Excellent organization and project management skills, customer service and results orientation. Experience in CRM/Salesforce a plus

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.  This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive pay.
