This individual will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers with their urgent product-based needs. As an integral part of our Customer Success Center, our sales team is entrusted with the responsibility of driving revenue and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.This position will report directly to the Sales and Service Supervisor, fostering a close working relationship with both customer service and technical sales support teams. Join us in fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, and solution-oriented excellence.General Duties and Responsibilities:Handle a high volume of customer interactions, including calls, chats, and emails, while simultaneously processing orders during live conversations.Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities to efficiently address customer inquiries and provide real-time assistance.Generate and deliver real-time quotes to customers, showcasing a deep understanding of product pricing and offerings.Ensure accuracy and quality in providing pricing information, maintaining Infinite?s commitment to same-day turnaround.Skillfully identify and comprehend the specific buying needs of customers, employing effective questioning techniques to uncover requirements and preferences.Exercise excellent business judgment to determine additional support as needed or escalation as required.Make Outbound calls to follow-up on sales inquiries (quotes) or perform customer discovery on their buying needs or to discuss additional product recommendations based on buying history.Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty during difficult customer interactions by leveraging outstanding conflict resolution skills thus resulting in an excellent customer experience. Communicate and collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure you are providing accurate, up-to-date information both internally and to our customers.Collaborate in gathering critical information essential for the continuous enhancement of our customers' experience and driving company strategy.Adhere to established sales processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service and sales skills.Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Traits:Must embody Infinite?s ?Hedgehog behaviors? of Positive Urgency, Accountability, Ownership, Same-Day Responsiveness, Collaboration, and Solution Orientation.A commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on delivering measurable results and contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to effectively convey the value proposition of a product or service.Proficient in actively listening to customer needs and concerns, allowing for a deep understanding of client requirements and the ability to tailor sales pitches accordingly.Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and objections effectively, turning them into opportunities for a successful sale.Ability to adapt to various customer personalities, industries, and changing market conditions to tailor sales strategies for maximum effectiveness.Demonstrate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to use multiple programs concurrently including CCaaS platform.Motivation and ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.Demonstrate strong work ethic through collaboration with peers fostering a strong culture of teamwork.Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.Education and/or Experience:1+ years in a high paced customer facing sales or service environment.Demonstrated track-record of exceeding preset sales quotas.Preferred experience in seamlessly interacting between multiple brands and managing various internal systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsHigh School Diploma required with college degree preferred.Technology related B2B experience preferred.Physical Job Requirements:Repetitive motion and routine use of the standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, copiers, and scanners.Sitting at a desk.Environment:Work environment is typically an office environment located on-site during normal or extended business hours. You will work a minimum of two days a week in the office.
