Helpmates is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative for a contractor hire opportunity in Orange County with our customer, a start up company focused on mental health awareness! The Inside Sales Representative is responsible to increase sales and address customer needs within a specific region. 

\n\n

The Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

\n\n\n\t\n\t

Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Identify local business opportunities and challenges.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Present products and services to prospective customers.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Work closely with sales people and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Cross-sell products, when appropriate

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
\n\t 

\n\t\n\n\n

The Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

\n\n\n\t\n\t

3-5 years of previous business development experience

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Familiarity with the mental health industry is a plus.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Experience with CRM software

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Resilient with a proven track record in inside sales
