Responsabilities:

Answer emails and calls from occasional customers Project management (from quotation to production) Handle site problems and complaints from occasional customers and distributors Estimate small projects for occasional customers Update status in the system for occasional customers Inform occasional customers about sewer and electrical products, services and installation methods offered by the company Target projects on the SEAO platform Fill out documents for direct submission (cities) Support Sales Managers for major customers

Skills and qualifications :

1 to 2 years customer service experience DEC or relevant work experience Bilingualism an asset Blueprint reading an asset Knowledge of computer tools Good communication and constant collaboration with various internal departments Maintain relations with occasional customers Apply
