Position: Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Kennesaw, Georgia. This role is central to our business development efforts, focusing on client acquisition through strategic sales support. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, lead generation, and social media to drive results. This position is perfect for those with a background in outbound call centers and a passion for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Efforts: Conduct 50+ outbound calls daily to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients. Lead Generation & Research: Identify and qualify leads using CRM platforms, social media, public data sources, and networking. Client Engagement: Collaborate with regional leadership and various business teams to support client acquisition strategies. Proposal & Presentation Preparation: Assist in researching prospects, verifying references, and creating proposals and presentation materials to support sales efforts.Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outbound call center environments. Skills: Proficient in CRM platforms, strong networking and organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Location: Must live within a commutable distance to Kennesaw, Georgia.Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus program.
