The Inside Sales Representative will work to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth in assigned territory by effectively selling BSI Americas products and/or related services. This role is responsible for identifying sales opportunities achieved through pro-active telephone activities, targeting existing and potential new clients, and qualifying enquiries. This is a great opportunity for you to join an international environment and support the sales process to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities:

Propose and close contracts that will achieve total revenue growth profit, and customer satisfaction to maximize territory revenue.

Articulate and position BSI products and services to key departmental decision makers in small to midsize organizations through consultative selling.

Identify and qualify clients by establishing a sales/business relationship to ensure an active and continuous business pipeline.

Participate in a structured sales model to include pipeline development and work to attract and develop new business.

Identify new market trends and formulate plans to capitalize on them that will lead to new revenue generation opportunities.

Cold call prospective clients to obtain their business as well as manage existing business.

To be successful in the role, you will have: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 1 year of consultative sales experience.

Salesforce software experience.

Able to communicate adequate information on customer contacts for input into sales reports for accurate forecasting.

Ability to work well with internal, cross-functional and external teams.

Ability to collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment.

The salary for this position can range from $56,950.00 to $67,000.00 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
