Summary Job title: Inside Sales Representative Job ID: 202419690003 Department: Elizabethtown - CED Location: KY-Elizabethtown Description Summary: The CED Elizabethtown, Kentucky Profit Center is in search of a full-time, inside sales employee who wants to expand on a career in professional business-to-business sales and services. Our focus is on close, consultative, account management relationships as a supplier for our customers, as opposed to high-volume cold calling. Reports to: Manager Minimum Qualifications: COMPETENCIES -Self motivated individual that follows tasks through to completion in a timely manner -Math skills that include calculating percentages, decimals, and discount multipliers. - Proven experience in sales or customer service - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information - Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, preferred + OR equivalent years’ experience with Eclipse business software + Two years’ industry specific experience, preferred Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment and various warehouse locations and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
