Compensation: $58,000-$65,000 first year

Training Schedule:
**Unlicensed training begins January 13th & licensed training begins January 27th**
We provide comprehensive training for new hires, offering paid training of either 6 weeks licensed or 8 weeks for those seeking to obtain a personal lines producer license. During training, the hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm (PST) or 9am-5:30pm (CST).
After your first month of on-the-job training is completed and you transition to your regular team/position, your schedule will generally start 10:15am – 7:00pm PST for those in WA or 7:00am-3:45 CST for those of you in TX, Monday – Friday.

Licensed Sales Center operating hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm. Saturday 6:00am to 5:00pm. Sunday 8:00am to 5:00pm.Shifts are based on individual performance and overall business needs. Must be available to work for all hours of operations. Qualifications Applicants must also reside within 50 miles of Spokane, WA or Dallas, TX; This position is hybrid and will require agents to work in office and remote.College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related sales experience or applicable insurance knowledge.Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelinesEffective time management and organizational skillsAbility to be qualified by DOI to be appointed as a licensed sales agent in multiple statesProven success of adequate/accurate typing speed while talking with a customerStrong, professional phone etiquetteMust have passion, high level of initiative, autonomy and be self-motivated About Us**This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.**
