Inside Sales Representative

The SMB Inside Sales Rep (ISR) is an important element of A10 Networks’ Sales Organization. As an A10 ISR you will leverage your skills in developing new leads, communicating with customers, and understanding the customer needs to ensure a smooth sales process.  As an ISR, a key element to your success is the ability to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction as well as being a good listener. The ISR is responsible for both finding opportunities and closing business to meet quota targets. 

 
Essential Job Functions 

Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads to ultimately close new accounts 

Quota - $1,250,000 

Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities 

Work closely with Team Leads, Direct Sales, and Channel Sales teams to execute regular sales campaigns 

Build and maintain good relationships with customers, sales teams, and marketing teams 

Close sales and achieve quota target(s)

Maintain an up-to-date technical understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions 

Utilize CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities 

 

Requirements 

5+ years previous lead generation or other inside sales experience 

Knowledge of networking, security, data center hardware/software 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Relationship building skills 

Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools 

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent preferred 

Ability to achieve quota targets
