Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – West Allis, WI
Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service support and sales experience while providing quotes and answering questions about IKM Building Solutions services. The Inside Sales Representative also provides sales and operational support for the Service Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to requests from customers for information. Communicate with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to complete the maintenance being quoted. Responsible for estimating/quoting service-related repairs identified by technicians or customers. Recording all repair proposals in Smartsheet/CRM for follow-up tracking Follow up on previously quoted Service-related repair quotes that have not yet been approved Responsible for performing renewals of any designated "House" planned maintenance agreements. Assist with preparation of Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA) proposals, letters and marketing materials. Assist Account Managers with Planned Maintenance job site surveys as required Job set-up and coordination. Including ordering crane rentals, lifts, coordination of trucking, ordering parts, if necessary, etc. Provide account management support for Account Managers. Handle inbound phone calls and emails from prospective or current customers. Complete service order requests. Assist Account Managers with estimating EMCOR National Accounts. Provide follow-up to marketing initiatives such as direct mail, email campaigns, ads, etc. Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to company leadership. Participate in department meetings as requested. Performs additional assignments as requested and maintains a teamwork attitude. Demonstrate a personal commitment to your growth and development as a sales professional, including attendance at product and sales training events, participation in all professional training provided by IKM.Experience:
