Summary: Seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage potential clients, analyze market trends, and support sales reporting and lead management.
Responsibilities:
Verify project-specific details using various data sources to identify potential customers.
Reach out to potential clients through proactive cold calling and emails.
Develop and update a local customer market plan, including monthly sales report metrics.
Support reporting, dashboards, and data analysis for local transactions.
Manage lead-to-opportunity progression for regional customers.
Stay informed on market trends, new projects, emerging markets, and communicate insights to the regional leadership team.
Assist with Salesforce.com reporting and dashboard maintenance for the regional sales lead.
Distribute leads effectively to Branch Managers and Sales Representatives.
Leverage databases to target companies/contacts for transactional customers.
Qualifications:
High school Diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated interest in market analysis with a keen understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
Strong analytical skills focused on data analysis for decision-making support.
Willingness to learn about business development strategies and assist in their execution.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Comfortable with cold calling as a means of engaging clients effectively.
Previous experience in Sales is highly favored.
