PRIMARY EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVESCoordinate individual and distributor orders from request for quote and/or receipt through delivery across all business units’ product lines. Handle incoming telephone calls, live chats and emails in a prompt and professional manner. Assist the outside sales representative in meeting sales objectives and strategies by providing administrative support such as processing dealer/distributor orders, answering external and internal product questions, communicate with internal business units such as operations, marketing, logistics and finance and communicate directly with Revision’s network of resellers within the sales channel, etc. to ensure customer’s needs are met. SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will be responsible for the following, with emphasis on specific accounts or customer service areas as assigned by the manager: Interface for all customer telephone calls, live chats and emailsPerform sales support activities including, but not limited to, providing quotations, sales materials (datasheets, test reports, reports, etc), freight estimates, lead times and processing of sample requestsCoordinate and manage support tools such as, Databases, Educational Tools, Trial and Evaluation programs and moreUnderstanding applicable standards and requirements for military eyewear.Provide support in government tenders and Request for ProposalsCoordinate order fulfillment process to include system processing of standard and custom orders whether for end users, distributors, or marketing events across all product lines Oversee small and medium sized sales projects and deliveriesRecognize and adhere to domestic and international export regulations as neededPrepare export documentation as neededEnsure all paperwork, labels, shipping processes, customs statements and other specific customer demands are correctly applied.Support and manage all facets of Domestic Trade Shows including (but not limited to) product samples/give-ways, packing and ensuring shipment (with proper export paperwork), material return and review.Assist with maintaining accounts receivable for all customers Cross trained to support additional elements within the sales and marketing teams Participate in ongoing efforts to establish processes and best practices In conjunction with Inside Sales Supervisor, utilize the Company’s Corrective Action Process to determine and correct process or product issuesOther work duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skill & Experience Requirements Associates degree business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.2-3 years of customer service experience preferred (international customer service a plus).Independent, self-motivated, and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet required.Experience selling to the military or government highly preferred Prior Salesforce or CRM software experience Understanding of Government contracts, defense procurement and relevant purchasing methods preferred Must be able to learn and adapt to new ERP systems quickly Working knowledge of international shipping regulations preferredKeen ability to analyze problems, gathers pertinent data, and recognize/recommend solutions. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to multi-task and work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment.Excellent communication and organizational skills with strict attention to detail.Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition plus excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be extremely flexible to meet changing environments of a thriving business Ability to work additional hours, as needed. Maintain professionalism and good working relationships with others.
