The Inside Sales Specialist/Customer Service position works hand-in-hand with customers and Outside Sales Representatives to ensure that product needs are processed accurately and in a timely manner. They deliver strong customer service and a willingness to expand their product knowledge to best help the needs of our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build relationships with customers who are calling in and placing product orders. Interact with customers before, during, and after a sale, including taking phone orders and servicing walk-in customers. Ensure that customer orders are entered and processed in a timely manner. Verify order delivery method for accuracy. Coordinate customer sales orders with Outside Sales Representatives. Identify customer needs and suggest products that best fit their needs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Plumbing and/or heating knowledge a plus Great communication and problem-solving skills. Business math skills with understanding of profit margins Willingness to learn new product knowledge. High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position preferred.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00
