\n\t\t\t\t\tThe Inside Sales Specialist/Customer Service position works hand-in-hand with customers and Outside Sales Representatives to ensure that product needs are processed accurately and in a timely manner. They deliver strong customer service and a willingness to expand their product knowledge to best help the needs of our customers.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nBuild relationships with customers who are calling in and placing product orders.\nInteract with customers before, during, and after a sale, including taking phone orders and servicing walk-in customers.\nEnsure that customer orders are entered and processed in a timely manner.\nVerify order delivery method for accuracy.\nCoordinate customer sales orders with Outside Sales Representatives.\nIdentify customer needs and suggest products that best fit their needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00
