Join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist! The Inside Sales Specialist/Customer Service position works hand-in-hand with customers and Outside Sales Representatives to ensure that product needs are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This role demands strong customer service skills and a willingness to expand product knowledge to best serve our customers.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with customers who are calling in and placing product orders.Interact with customers before, during, and after a sale, including taking phone orders and servicing walk-in customers.Ensure that customer orders are entered and processed in a timely manner.Verify order delivery methods for accuracy.Coordinate customer sales orders with Outside Sales Representatives.Identify customer needs and suggest products that best fit their needs.Skills:
Knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing to effectively communicate with and advise contractors/customers.Sales and inside sales experience.Great communication and problem-solving skills.Business math skills with an understanding of profit margins.Willingness to learn new product knowledge.Environment:
