Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support.Process and manage sales orders, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales materials while maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems.Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.Resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding high service standards.Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and contribute to strategy development.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAGE 100).Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
