Put simply, our mission is to stay ahead of the curve and create a safer digital landscape for our partners, and we think adding an Inside Sale Representative (ISR) will up our cyber game.
Our ISRs are responsible for driving growth by proactively engaging with potential (as well as existing) clients via phone, email, and other comms channels. In this role, you’ll interpret customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and build strong relationships along the way.
What you’ll be doing.
Identifying and qualifying potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outreach strategies. Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborating with account executives, sales managers, and other technical teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and accounts. Conducting high-level conversations with IT and business decision-makers to understand their cybersecurity needs and present tailored solutions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system. Reporting on sales metrics, progress, and achievements.
What does it take to succeed in this role?
Incredible interpersonal and customer facing skills. Polished verbal and written communications skills, including cold calls, proposal preparation, and presentation skills. A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving results. Initiative, flexibility, drive and commitment to personal and professional development. Someone that is highly motivated: a self-starter with energy, drive, and a genuine interest in technology and cyber security. A willingness to work in office, alongside other business leaders, to grow and learn other aspects of the business.We are looking for individuals that are focused, disciplined, and thrive on reaching big.
The right person for this role will have…
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement software Knowledge of common information technology terms, processes, and functions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. An ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven, customer first environment.In addition to your technical expertise, we expect respect, opinions, and thoughtful input.
