Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative! The ideal candidate would be very familiar product quoting and ordering process, supply chain and forecasting process and associated inventory management. Arrow or distribution business experience preferred. This candidate will be empowered to make business decisions within set guidelines to help improve profitability and meet or exceed financial goals directly affecting compensation plan.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base. Working with internal and external resources, provide customer service often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing engineering support, and trouble shooting customer inquiries. Function as key liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow.Responsible for Sales Excellence through the development and management of an AIS aging inventory program to drive activities to reduce the levels of aged inventory and the associated disposition strategies. This will require close collaboration with the internal supply chain, operational, field sales and leadership teams.Responsible for additional on-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns the customer interface for backend Quality processes: corrective actions, Field Quality Reports and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs. Owns the customer interface for important Credit & Financial Information as well as coordination of all available resources and support functions.As owner of the overall customer Quote to Order sales objectives, set strategy for the quote process, coordinate resources and processing of customer quotations (Quote Center, Quote Cover Sheet, PM Views, Management, FSR, Suppliers, Value Add, and SSG), validate EOL and item class change (NCNR), negotiate pricing and Quote mark up (owns strategy and application) and notify customer of all/any price increases.Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base.Responsible for Sales Excellence through the development and management of an aging inventory program to drive activities to reduce the levels of aged inventory and the associated disposition strategies.Working with internal and external resources, provide customer service often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders and troubleshooting other customer issues.Function as key liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow.Collaborate and facilitate internal cross functional and external supplier personnel to achieve financial goals and customer support requirements.Data analysis of inventory and customer order information and preparation of reporting using Excel and other internal Arrow systems reporting tools.Status updates and presentations to various internal Arrow cross functional teams.Keep abreast of the industry, technologies, available products and services to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers.This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan.A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.What we are looking for:

Work Arrangement
For candidates in Colorado: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
For candidates in other locations: Fully Remote, Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$22.85 - $27.92Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
