This role is crucial in maintaining and growing relationships with building materials dealers, national accounts, specialty retailers, and remanufacturers. As part of an integrated sales team, the ISR will play a key role in meeting customer expectations and providing day-to-day business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Contact: Engage with an established customer base and prospective customers by phone, selling Weyerhaeuser’s full range of products including engineered lumber, plywood, OSB, lumber, and specialty products. Serve as the primary contact for suppliers to assist with customer inquiries and drive sales.Sales Growth: Demonstrate a passion for driving sales growth through proactive outreach to independent dealers, national accounts, specialty retailers, and remanufacturers. This includes executing promotions, developing sales strategies, and participating in market pull-through activities.Team Coordination: Collaborate with Dealer Sales Reps to implement effective customer strategies, follow up on sales opportunities, and address any sales or service issues. Work closely with Customer Service Reps, Inventory Specialists, and Sales Operations to ensure seamless order processing, product availability, and on-time deliveries.Additionally, the ISR will gather and share market intelligence, contributing valuable insights on product mix, pricing, inventory levels, and outlook.

HSD/GED is required, a bachelor's degree is preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales (experience in the building materials is preferred)Strong building materials product knowledgeStrong communication skillsProven ability to develop and nurture strong customer relationshipsExcellent selling skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong problem-solving skillsSolid organizational skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple prioritiesProven ability and commitment to work safelyAbility to influence customer's buying decisionsOur experienced operations team with over 40 LEAN greenbelts provides a safe and efficient delivery service. We manufacture and sell an innovative collection of proven structural framing materials to the residential, multi-family and light commercial markets, and provide seamless building solutions, from design to installation to support. This team moves fast, works smart and never stops pushing to be and stay number one in the industry.
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $61,000 - $91,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Sales Incentive Program, which offers a quarterly cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay.

In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
